Chai Lifeline has been involved with Arin and her family, residents of Toronto, since she was two years old. At that time, the family received support while they were in the hospital for over a week. Volunteers brought toys, and food was provided for the Jewish holidays.
Arin had the opportunity to attend Camp Simcha this past summer, and her family shared that it was transformative for her to enjoy the attention of trained and compassionate counselors specializing in keeping campers laughing from early morning to late at night.
Arin's mother shares that everything Chai Lifeline has done for their family "was a ray of light in the dark times of navigating Arin’s illness."
